The K series motors have no internal oil baffling system. HyTech has developed and fabricated a custom oil pan baffle. With HyTech’s extensive experience in road racing engine development. It is necessary to try and keep the oil that is in the pan near the oil pump pick up all the time. HyTech pan baffle has five trap doors and a sophisticated design that is very easy to install. Five 3/16 holes is all it takes to install the pan baffle. We currently have baffles for the aluminum pan RSX only and are working on the new SI pan as well.
